Warranty conditions for all Ice Box & Tool Box products

Big Terrain ice box and tool box products come with a manufacturer's warranty which covers the repair of any fault that occurs through normal usage of the item. That is, failure of materials or defective workmanship during the period from the date of purchase. 

This warranty does not cover transit damage or damage caused by neglect or misuse of the product. This includes not using the item within its recommended limits, or not adhering to the recommended usage. The product has a back-to-base warranty, this means that you, the buyer, are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our service centre along with related freight insurances, for repairs. Proof of purchase with purchase date must be provided at time of warranty claim.  Big Terrain must provide a warranty repair number before any repair work will be commenced.  Please note that goods purchased for commercial usage are covered by a 12 month warranty only.
